01 · Overview
Welcome to your brand portal, Alexis.
Everything we built together lives here in one place: your logo files, your colors and type, your brand overview, and your website. Come back any time you need a file, a reminder of a hex code, or a refresher on how it all fits together.
While you're here, you'll also find how to keep things running smoothly after launch: monthly maintenance, hourly design help, and periodic refresh sessions. This page is yours to bookmark.
02 · Logos
Your logo files
All of your logo files live in your Google Drive client folder. Here's which one to reach for and why.
Main logo
Use when: it's your hero moment — your website header, business cards, large signage, the front of anything. Your fullest, most detailed lockup.
Download filesSecondary logo
Use when: the main logo's shape doesn't fit — a square social post, a stacked layout, anywhere you need a different proportion but still want the full name.
Download filesSubmark
Use when: space is tight — favicons, social profile photos, app icons, a watermark in the corner of a photo. Never the full name, just the mark.
Download filesFile types: when & where
Each logo is exported a few different ways. Here's what each file type is actually for.
SVG
Your most important file type. Import these into Canva or any design app to resize without ever losing quality, and to swap colors easily. Reach for this one first.
Transparent PNG
Exported in each of your brand colors, logo only, no background. Use these anywhere digitally where your logo needs to sit on top of something else — a photo, a color block, a video.
JPEG
Your logo with a white background included. Use anywhere a transparent background isn't needed — email signatures, printed documents, anywhere simple.
EPS
For design programs like Illustrator or Photoshop. If you ever work with another designer or a print shop on merchandise or signage, this is the file they'll ask you for.
Setting up a Canva Brand Kit
A Brand Kit in Canva keeps every design you make on-brand automatically. In Canva, head to the "Brand" section of your dashboard, pull your hex codes from the Color & Type section below into your Brand Kit's color palette, then upload the SVG versions of your main logo, secondary logo, and submark. From there, every new design pulls your exact colors and logos in a couple of clicks.
Formats included: SVG, PNG, JPG, and EPS. Refer back to this page any time you're not sure which file to grab.
03 · Color & Type
Your palette and typefaces
The colors and fonts that make everything feel like you, wherever it shows up. Keep this page open any time you're building something new.
Color palette
#54768A
#A5B1B8
#C68967
#FEF7F1
#33452B
#A29B68
Primary — #54768A. Your lead color: headlines, buttons, anywhere you want your brand's signature slate blue to carry the most weight.
Secondary — #A5B1B8. A softer supporting blue-gray for backgrounds and secondary elements.
Accent — #C68967. The warm terracotta that pairs with the blues — small pops, icons, dividers.
Background — #FEF7F1. Your canvas color for pages and sections.
Dark Text — #33452B. Your deep green for body copy and anywhere you need strong, readable contrast.
CTA — #A29B68. The olive gold reserved for calls to action, so buttons always stand out.
Type system
Heading — Rossta Norla
This Is Your Heading
Use when: titling a page, a service name, anything that should carry your brand's refined, editorial feel.
Subheader — Sackers Gothic
THIS IS A SUBHEADER
Use when: labeling a section or category, or writing a small supporting line under a heading.
Paragraph — Cormorant Garamond
This is paragraph text example. It's clear and easy to read at smaller font sizes and it looks great!
Use when: writing anything meant to be read — service descriptions, emails, captions.
Your brand pairs these three fonts with a botanical accent pattern (not a font) for texture on backgrounds and dividers — ask Courtney for the pattern file if you need it for your own designs.
Use Rossta Norla for headings only, Sackers Gothic for subheaders and labels, and Cormorant Garamond for every paragraph.
One rule for any script or handwritten font: keep its letter-spacing/tracking at 0. Script letters are drawn to connect — adding space between them breaks those connections and can make letters overlap oddly instead. Never add positive or negative tracking to a script font.
04 · Brand Overview
Millbrook Farm Flowers, at a glance
This is the thinking behind your brand — who it's for, what it believes, and how it talks. Come back here any time you're writing something new and want it to sound like you.
Target audience
Millbrook Farm Flowers primarily serves women between the ages of 25 and 60, including engaged couples planning weddings, event planners, mothers of brides, and women seeking arrangements for meaningful occasions. These clients share a deep appreciation for unique, beautiful flowers and value personalized service from professionals they can fully trust.
Brand personality
Millbrook Farm Flowers carries the spirit of a confident, creative collaborator who listens deeply and brings thoughtful artistry to every event. The brand is warm and approachable yet refined, holding space for both bold creative vision and quiet, nature-inspired elegance.
Brand values
The brand is guided by six core principles: respect, inclusion, kindness, moxie, excellence, and creativity. These values show up in everything from client interactions to the sourcing of locally grown seasonal flowers, reflecting a commitment to doing beautiful work with integrity at every step.
Brand mission
Millbrook Farm Flowers provides excellent florals for exceptional people, approaching every design with intention, creativity, and care. The studio is dedicated to creating personalized floral experiences that reflect each client's unique personality, style, and story.
Brand vision
Millbrook Farm Flowers aims to grow its preservation and everyday floral offerings while continuing to attract clients who trust the creative process and allow room for inspired design. The long-term vision is a thriving boutique studio known for artful, signature work that never feels mass-produced or replicated.
Brand tone
The brand communicates with confidence and creativity, striking a tone that feels upscale without being pretentious or leaning on overused industry language. Copy is polished and warm, drawn to words like boutique, artful, refined, and open rather than hollow superlatives.
The problem you solve
Millbrook Farm Flowers guides clients through the often overwhelming process of wedding and event floral design, transforming uncertainty and budget anxiety into clarity and confidence. Through transparent pricing, early design collaboration, and an intuitive approach to each client's vision, the studio turns floral planning into one of the most personal and memorable parts of the celebration.
The transformation
Before working with Millbrook Farm Flowers, clients often feel overwhelmed by options, unsure of how to bring their vision to life, and worried about budget and quality. After the experience, they feel confident, cared for, and delighted, carrying flowers that feel like a true and beautiful reflection of who they are.
Positioning statement
Millbrook Farm Flowers occupies a distinct space between high-volume production studios and strictly traditional florists, offering boutique, personalized service with a creative edge. The studio takes on a curated number of events each season to ensure every client receives dedicated attention, hands-on design sessions, and flowers that feel truly one of a kind.
Key differentiators
Millbrook Farm Flowers stands apart through a deeply personalized design process that begins at the first inquiry, including custom proposals with vision boards and mock-up studio appointments. A commitment to working with Georgia growers and sourcing exceptional seasonal blooms, combined with transparent pricing and a boutique-volume model, ensures each client receives an experience and outcome that feels crafted, never copied.
Brand promise
Millbrook Farm Flowers promises every client flowers that feel like them: beautiful, intentional, and seamlessly executed. Whether planning a grand wedding or a sentimental arrangement, the studio delivers an experience built on trust, creativity, and a quiet confidence that takes the stress out of the process entirely.
Voice guidelines
Copy for Millbrook Farm Flowers should feel polished, creative, and warmly confident without relying on overused terms or repetitive budget talk. Language should evoke nature, artistry, and personalized care, drawing on words like artful, refined, boutique, and seamless. Pricing transparency surfaces through approachability and trust, not disclaimers. The tone is that of a florist clients would want to be friends with and also deeply admire.
A tip: if you use ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI tool to help write captions, emails, or page copy, copy and paste this whole section in first and ask it to write in this voice. It does a surprisingly good job of staying on-brand once it has all of this in front of it.
